About the Role

Cranbrook Express (1980) Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Truck Driver Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of delivery drivers and truck drivers, ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of delivery drivers and truck drivers, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Recommend Measures to improve work methods and productivity, and implement changes as necessary.
  • Resolve Work Problems and provide technical advice to drivers and other team members.
  • Train and Develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Coordinate Repairs and Rentals of vehicles and equipment, and requisition or order materials and supplies as needed.
  • Ensure Health and Safety regulations are followed, and recommend personnel actions as necessary.
Requirements
  • Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Valid Driver's Licence and a clean driving record.
  • Excellent Oral Communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • 2 Years to Less Than 3 Years of experience in a similar role.
