Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Advisor to join our Financial Markets Business Strategy group at Banque Nationale du Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing essential support to the sector by participating in the end-to-end process of updating Financial Markets personnel files.

Key Responsibilities
  • Update Personnel Files: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of personnel files in the internal system, including hirings, departures, transfers, and promotions.
  • Master Financial Markets Employment Contracts: Develop in-depth knowledge of Financial Markets employment contracts and contribute to the drafting of offer letters.
  • Process Optimization: Document and optimize processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the campus recruitment team as needed.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Professional College Diploma (DEC) and at least 4 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree and 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in Human Resources or Recruitment: Proven experience in a similar role within a Human Resources or Recruitment team.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and deal with tight timelines.
  • Language Skills: Bilingualism is an asset, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and French.
