About the Role

Electrico Systems LTD is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing contracts, and answering telephone and electronic enquiries.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Provide customer service.

Requirements

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word.

Working Conditions

  • 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English is the primary language of communication.
