Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Manager to join our Private Banking team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in evolving our data landscape to drive business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data strategies to support business growth and client satisfaction
  • Lead and manage complex data projects, including data modeling, reporting, and analytics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data management and analytics
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in data management, analytics, or a related field
  • Strong technical skills, including SQL, SAS, Excel, and Power Point
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a high standard of output
  • Business and financial acumen
