About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of educators to provide a high-quality education to students in a Catholic school setting. This includes setting the direction for the school, providing effective curriculum leadership, and managing the school's resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set the direction for the school and build a shared vision with the school community.
  • Provide effective curriculum leadership and support to teachers to ensure student achievement and well-being.
  • Manage the school's resources, including staff, budget, and facilities.
  • Promote professional growth and development among teachers and staff.
  • Engage with parents, parish priests, trustees, and external agencies to build strong relationships and support the school community.

Requirements:

  • Completion of Religious Education Part 1.
  • Completion of the Foundation Series – Discerning Catholic Leadership Program by June 2025.
  • Completion of Principal's Qualifications Part 2 by June 2025.
  • Leadership experience in a Catholic school setting.
  • Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
