Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team at The Grizzly Paw Pub & Brewing Company. As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our bar team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar, draft beer system, and storage areas.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train our bartenders and other bar staff to ensure they are providing excellent service and adhering to our company's standards.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage bar stock, including beer, wine, and spirits, to ensure we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Cash Handling: Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, including taking beverage orders, serving drinks, and addressing customer complaints or concerns.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our bar operations comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those related to liquor sales and service.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our kitchen staff and other departments to ensure seamless service and a positive customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bar or restaurant environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
