Banquet Server/Bartender Job Opportunity

Stone Creek Resorts Inc. is seeking a skilled Banquet Server/Bartender to join our team at Silvertip Resort in Canmore, Alberta.

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to provide exceptional customer service and support our events team. As a Banquet Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for setting up banquet rooms, maintaining storage spaces, and providing a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up banquet rooms according to Banquet Event Orders, including glassware, cutlery, linen, and table settings.
  • Maintain all banquet storage spaces in a neat and organized manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming atmosphere and responding to guest requests in a courteous and friendly manner.
  • Abide by all laws and requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
  • Reset banquet rooms after events to ensure readiness for the next function.
  • Provide culinary experience to guests and residents as per our Service Beyond commitment.
  • Address guest complaints or issues and escort them to supervisors or managers if necessary.
  • Ensure all supplies are in stock before starting shifts.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to provide a great experience for guests.
Requirements
  • Ability to work variable schedules, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
  • Attention to detail is essential.
  • Hospitality experience is an asset.
  • Eligibility to work in Canada.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work overtime, as required.
  • Able to lift, push, or pull up to 40 lbs.
