Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Hob Fine Foods. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as supervising kitchen staff and helpers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Determine the size of food portions and costs, prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
  • Kitchen Management: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and clean kitchen and work areas.
  • Team Leadership: Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food, and order supplies and equipment as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant.
