Be a Part of Our Story

We're seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team at Reds Wine Tavern. As a key member of our management team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

As Assistant General Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting the General Manager in creating a unique dining experience that combines great service with culinary quality and excellence.
  • Inspiring team members to achieve industry-wide recognition for meeting the tastes and needs of our guests.
  • Coaching and leading team members to ensure they receive great training and support.
  • Managing financials and working to achieve and exceed established goals.
  • Living and teaching Service Inspired Values and Promises.
  • Using strong time management skills and attention to detail to complete tasks.

Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

  • A degree or diploma in culinary or hospitality management (an asset).
  • Minimum 2-3 years of management experience in a high-level hospitality environment.
  • Smart Serve and food handler's certification.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to operate with flexibility.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits (an asset).
  • Passion for food and background in high-level hospitality.
