Job Title: Assistant General Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and develop the skills of the management team
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a senior management role in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of hospitality and food and beverage operations, including P&L management and inventory control
