Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Chief Executive Officer to lead our financial and business services team at Neotex Worldwide Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall strategy and direction of the organization, as well as managing a team of middle managers, directors, and executive staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Lead sales teams in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts
  • Interview, hire, and provide training for staff
  • Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources, or other administrative services
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in strategic planning and execution
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
