Job Title: Chief Executive Officer - Financial, Communications and Other Business Services

At Pragmatisch Solutions Limited, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Executive Officer to lead our organization in strategic business development, financial and administrative oversight, and other critical business services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success.
  • Establish and manage financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations and resource allocation.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, and delegate representatives as needed.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to support organizational objectives.
  • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and oversee human resources planning to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a senior business leadership role.
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure.
