- Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients and stakeholders in a timely and professional manner.
- Organizational Skills
- Develop and maintain organizational systems and processes to ensure efficient and effective administrative operations.
- Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Google Drive and other cloud-based applications.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- At least 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent organizational and time management skills.
