Job Title: Merchandiser

Acosta is seeking a skilled Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate product placement, updating prices, and setting up promotional materials in various grocery stores.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate placement of products on shelves to meet customer needs.
  • Regularly update prices based on inventory and market conditions.
  • Set up and install promotional materials to drive sales.
  • Ensure shelves remain organized and tidy to maintain a positive store image.
  • Implement planogram changes to optimize product placement and increase sales.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stock-outs and maintain a smooth supply chain.
  • Foster positive relationships with store employees and managers to ensure a collaborative working environment.
  • Document in-store actions and create detailed reports to track progress.
Qualifications:
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Merchandising experience is desirable, but not required.
  • Physical ability to lift 30 lbs.
  • Availability to travel for special projects, including possible overnights.
  • Attention to detail, understanding, and executing planograms accurately.
  • Takes pride in the quality of service provided.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, and attention to deadlines.
  • Energetic, motivated, and enthusiastic.
  • Flexibility and adaptability.
  • Excellent communication skills in French (both written and oral).
