Crew Chief Conversions Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Carpentry Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of carpentry projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Site Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of carpentry teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with company standards.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, including training and development opportunities.
- Communication and Reporting: Maintain open communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing regular project updates and progress reports.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
