Crew Chief Conversions Ltd. is seeking a skilled and experienced Carpentry Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of carpentry projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Site Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of carpentry teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with company standards.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, including training and development opportunities.
  • Communication and Reporting: Maintain open communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams, providing regular project updates and progress reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
