We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at BLACK STAR MGMT ULC. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain inventory levels
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare and submit reports, including budget and cost estimates
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
