About the Position

This critical role requires a leader who can develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, manage complex procurement processes, and build strong relationships with suppliers. As a member of our global procurement team, you will contribute to the development and execution of company-wide procurement initiatives.

Main Accountabilities
  • Design and execute strategic sourcing plans to meet business objectives.
  • Maintain a network of high-performing suppliers and negotiate competitive contracts.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement change.
  • Monitor and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to procurement performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in an industrial environment.
  • Proven track record in strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier relationship building.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • International experience is a significant asset.
