Executive Director Job Description

The Community Counselling Centre of Nipissing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization in achieving its mission to support the health and wellness of the people of Nipissing and area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the strategic and operational efficiencies of our programs and staff
  • Develop and implement a successful organizational plan
  • Establish relationships with local community groups
  • Ensure regulatory expectations are met or exceeded
  • Manage financial resources, including budget creation and review
  • Supervise staff and maintain a positive work environment
Requirements:
  • Masters Degree in a field related to mental health & addictions or healthcare
  • 5 years of financial management experience in a social service or non-profit organization
  • Registered by a professional college in Ontario that regulates psychotherapy
  • Bilingual (English/French)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures
