Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Agricultural Labourer to join our team at Top Tomato Foods. As a key member of our farm crew, you will be responsible for assisting in the planting, cultivation, and harvesting of a variety of crops, including bell peppers, cabbage, cauliflower, melons, strawberries, tomatoes, and zucchinis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planting, cultivation, and harvesting of crops
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
  • Examine product for quality and readiness for market
  • Write daily progress reports
Work Environment

As a Farm Worker, you will be working outdoors in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and handle heavy loads.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in agriculture or a related field
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor
