Job Title: Community Centre Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Centre Worker to join our team at Community Welfare Plus Center Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support staff to ensure the smooth operation of the community centre
  • Manage administrative tasks, including record-keeping and data entry
  • Assess client needs and develop strategies to address them
  • Coordinate community programs and services, including volunteer recruitment and training
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of clients, particularly children and vulnerable individuals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • Experience working in a community setting, preferably in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
Working Conditions:
  • 35 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
