Job Summary

The Head Chef at THE CURRY CO. is responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and preparing complete meals or individual dishes and foods. This role also involves inspecting kitchens and food service areas, training staff in food preparation and handling, and supervising kitchen staff and helpers. Additionally, the Head Chef must maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and clean kitchen and work areas.
