As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering quality patient care and contributing to the success of our pharmacy operations.
We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our team at our Colwood location in Victoria, BC.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day pharmacy operations, including dispensing, maximizing clinical opportunities, and administering vaccinations.
- Maintaining inventory within the pharmacy and ensuring compliance with Provincial and Federal regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Remaining current on the latest trends in the pharmacy industry by keeping up with new medications and clinical opportunities.
- Providing private consultations to our patients while maintaining a patient-centred care culture.
- Offering clinical services, including medication management and health screening.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Canadian Pharmacist licence and be in good standing with the respective College of Pharmacists.
- Your injection certification.
- Proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll.
- Experience with Opioid Agonist Treatment (OAT) and completed mandatory training when required.
- The ability to assess, plan, and apply clinical knowledge when required.
