Extrusion Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Extrusion Supervisor to join our team at Kost Klip Manufacturing Ltd. in a permanent position.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of production workers who operate processing machines and fabricate, assemble, finish, or inspect plastic or rubber parts and products.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
- Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.
- Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Set up machines and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Train staff and workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Equivalent experience may be considered.
The work environment is noisy and dusty, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking required.
Computer and Technology Knowledge:Proficiency in MS Windows is required.
Security and Safety:A criminal record check is required.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:Attention to detail and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking are required.

- Permanent position with 36 to 42 hours per week.
