We are seeking a highly skilled Building Superintendent Couple to join our team at HR770. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance and repair, as well as excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of our 163-unit residential apartment complex
  • Ensure that all facilities and equipment are in good working order
