About the Role

At Colliers Project Leaders, we're seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our IT and Digital Transformation initiatives. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing scalable and secure solutions for project accounting systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architect end-to-end solutions and integrations between systems
  • Provide technical support and apply Agile methods and processes in project management
  • Coordinate project sessions, scrums, and business requirements sessions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support change management processes for enterprise applications suites
  • Monitor project progress and drive completion on schedule and within budget

Requirements

  • 8 years of project management experience in IT projects, delivering projects within a defined scope, timeline, and budget
  • Strong experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Experience managing project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies, and escalating critical issues
  • Experience managing relationships with stakeholders and ensuring their engagement throughout the project lifecycle
  • A technology-related university degree or college degree or a combination of four years formal education and practical experience in software application implementation and software development
