Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Personal Banking Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert advice on a range of banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Provide personalized advice and guidance on banking products and services, including Everyday Banking, credit cards, and personal unsecured lending.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with banking products, services, and processes to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in banking or a related field.
  • Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field is an asset.
