Food Service Attendant

Harvest Clean Eats is seeking a skilled Food Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a clean and safe dining environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, ensuring they are sanitized and ready for use.
- Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Keep accurate records of food quantities used to optimize inventory and reduce waste.
- Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
- Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, providing a welcoming and attentive experience.
- Stock refrigerators and salad bars to maintain a well-stocked and organized kitchen.
- Take customers' orders and use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs as needed.
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to maintain a well-organized kitchen.
- Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit to prepare for cooking and presentation.
- Availability for shift or on-call work to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Availability for the advertised start date to ensure a smooth transition.
- Legal ability to work in Canada to comply with employment regulations.
