Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Talbot Arm Motel Limited. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Present menus and make recommendations to customers.
- Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs.
- Provide customer service and address any complaints or concerns.
- Balance cash and record sales.
- Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
- Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.
- Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience or equivalent experience.
- Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods and lifting up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
Our restaurant is located in a rural area, and we offer on-site housing options for our staff. We are a team-oriented environment, and we value flexibility, initiative, and reliability.
