Petro-Canada Sales Supervisor Role
As a Sales Supervisor with Petro-Canada, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets in a retail business setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties to ensure maximum productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Order merchandise to maintain an attractive and well-stocked store environment.
- Authorize return of merchandise to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
- Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business needs.
- Sell merchandise to customers, focusing on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
Requirements:
- Accurate and detail-oriented with excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Client-focused with efficient interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask.
- Flexible and organized with a strong work ethic and dependability.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and make sound judgments.
Experience:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role or equivalent experience in a retail business setting.
