Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front End Supervisor to join our team at Jace Holdings Ltd. in Campbell River. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring a superior customer service experience by coaching and developing friendly, well-trained staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Foster a shopping experience that engages customers in a way that enhances loyalty, sales, and profit.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, develop, motivate, and coach employees to support the department leadership team.
  • Operations: Monitor and ensure compliance with SOP, OH&S, food safety, and other corporate initiatives.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor execution of company inventory control procedures and participate in final inventory calculations.
  • Store Operations: Follow store lock-up procedures and lead the department in accordance with company presentation standards.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Skills: Full knowledge of department operations and skills, ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and ability to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends.
