Job Summary:
The Front End Supervisor is a key role in delivering exceptional customer service experiences in our retail stores. As a Front End Supervisor, you will be responsible for coaching and developing a team of friendly and well-trained staff to ensure a superior customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a clean and presentable work area at all times
- Remain current with weekly and in-store specials
- Run, monitor, and analyze sales data reports
- Monitor and ensure compliance with SOP, OH&S, food safety, and other corporate initiatives
- Monitor execution of company inventory control procedures
- Participate in the final inventory calculations
- Follow store lock-up procedures, when required
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
