Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Maintenance Service Leader to join our team at Alpine Building Maintenance. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our site operations, ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage site operations, including hiring, training, and supervising employees
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and recognition to team members
  • Ensure a high degree of employee engagement and retention through strong leadership practices
  • Liaise with clients to ensure performance standards are met and complaints are addressed
  • Oversee equipment repairs and ensure subcontractor hours are in line with budget
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in the Building Maintenance Service industry
  • Excellent communication skills with clients and stakeholders
  • Experience developing and fostering positive team environments
  • Excellent communication and the ability to candidly have tough conversations
  • Flexibility with hours, as it's not uncommon to work outside regular business hours
  • Ability to successfully pass a reliability clearance and criminal record check
