Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Melliecent Building and Yard Maintenance Ltd. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our facilities are clean and safe for our clients and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent
