Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

Melliecent Building and Yard Maintenance Ltd. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning or facilities maintenance industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual labor.
