Shift Manager

Crown Pizza N Fried Chicken is seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are working efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing a positive experience for our customers.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for our management team.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, providing a clear picture of our restaurant's performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Language: English.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to work under pressure, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining a high level of productivity.
