About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Kitchen Stuff Plus. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing Kitchen Stuff Plus and its values.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and product recommendations.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean, organized store.
  • Process cash transactions, perform basic shipping and receiving procedures, and adhere to health and safety policies.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 40lbs and standing for 8 hours.
  • Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and extended days.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn technological systems.
