Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and services to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families, providing assistance with activities of daily living and attending to individual care needs.
  • Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) to meet the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Participate in the development of life-enriching activities and programs that promote physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care and services, responding to the needs of residents and guests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Comply with regulatory requirements, safety protocols, and Sunrise Senior Living's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; certifications and licenses as required by state regulations.
  • Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
  • Ability to make choices, decisions, and act in the resident's best interest.
