The ideal candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, with a minimum of 7 months of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will be responsible for planning menus, estimating food requirements, and supervising kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations.


Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will be essential in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, as well as ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met. Key Responsibilities:



  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Recruit and hire staff
  • Manage kitchen operations

Requirements:



  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Language: English

Working Conditions:

  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
