Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Coquitlam. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support, while working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to increase sales growth.
- Conduct regular account visits to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all current and prospective customers.
- Experience with CRM software.
