Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Marketing Consultant to join our team. As a Marketing Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing a designated territory, conducting market research, creating territory profiles, and executing field marketing strategies to drive awareness, outreach, and exposure for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the designated territory.
- Territory Profile Development: Create a comprehensive territory profile that outlines key demographics, market dynamics, and client needs.
- Field Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute field marketing strategies to drive awareness, outreach, and exposure for our clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their marketing goals and objectives.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Account Marketing Director and fellow leaders within the Field Marketing Team to set and execute outreach targets, monitor results, and evaluate performance.
- Training and Development: Conduct training, coaching, and mentoring activities with newer representatives in the department.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Management.
- Experience: At least one year of experience in a client or customer-facing position.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with the ability to engage, collaborate, and inspire all personality types and audiences.
- Personal Qualities: Perseverant, goal-oriented, and possess high-quality standards for personal and team performance.
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in communications and software platforms like Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, Skype, and internal software programs.
