Program Director

Reporting to the Director, the Program Manager will provide leadership and administrative oversight to the Adult Community and Suburban Clinics portfolio. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, inspired leadership, and organization for initiatives and programs to ensure high-quality specialized recovery-focused care based on evidence-informed practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership and direction for initiatives and programs
- Ensure programs are delivered in accordance with Recovery Alberta shared commitments
- Collaborate with existing leaders to identify and respond to operational needs
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Promote and maintain a healthy work environment
- Demonstrate leadership skills with human resource functions, including recruitment, coaching, clinical supervision, and scheduling
- Strong track record in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Experience with change management principles within teams
- Awareness of how to collect and report activity-based care
- Familiarity with the Mental Health and Addictions Portfolio for the Edmonton zone
