We are seeking a highly skilled Dental Support Professional to join our team at The Meadows Dental Clinic.

About the Role

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in an office setting and have strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • To schedule and confirm appointments with patients and ensure seamless coordination between dental teams.
  • Interview patients to obtain case histories and maintain accurate records.
  • To prepare and send insurance claim forms and other documents as required.
  • Provide administrative support for travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Determine and establish efficient office procedures and routines.
  • Enter and format medical reports and correspondence accurately.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • No prior experience necessary, however, relocation costs will be covered by the employer.
  • Willingness to relocate to support the growth of the clinic.
Compensation Package

The salary range for this role is estimated to be around $40,000 - $55,000 per annum based on location and industry standards.
