Job Title: Office Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Cleaner to join our team at D on D Dental. As an Office Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, and vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Facilities Information: Provide basic information on facilities to patients and staff.
  • Trash and Recycling: Pick up debris and empty trash containers.
  • Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including washing windows, walls, and ceilings.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Independence: Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Handling heavy loads, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, standing for extended periods, and walking.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintaining attention to detail in a physically demanding role.
Personal Suitability:
  • Punctuality: Demonstrating punctuality and reliability in a team environment.
  • Client Focus: Providing excellent client service and focus on patient satisfaction.
  • Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Communicating effectively with patients, staff, and management.
Experience:
  • Experience an Asset: Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role is an asset.
Other Benefits:
  • Permanent Position: This is a permanent position with a regular schedule of 30-40 hours per week.
