Job Title: Office Building Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Building Cleaner to join our team at the Municipality of Neebing.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in our office building. This includes sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to ensure a clean and tidy workspace
  • Vacuum carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to maintain a clean and comfortable environment
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
  • Provide basic information to visitors and staff about the facilities
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and tidy environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:

The successful candidate will work in a non-smoking office building environment. The work setting will be in an office building, rural area, remote location, or various locations.

Language:

The language of work will be English.Work Schedule:

The work schedule will be 12 to 15 hours per week.
