The Senior Enterprise Data Governance Specialist will be responsible for deploying and assessing new applications, computing CIAT values for AppSec review. They will document and validate CIAT values for modified or impacted applications.
Main Responsibilities:
- Data Entity and Information Model Management
- Identify information entities consumed, produced, transferred, or modified in the ITSVC, with required attributes.
- Liaise with Data Office to validate confidentiality levels.
- Work with Central data architecture team to incorporate regional classification rules.
- Liaise with DPO and CDO teams for personal data projects.
- Document feedback in the Readiness Assessment form.
- Generate the Information Model to demonstrate relationships between information entities.
- Data Flows and Cartography Development
- Identify and document data flows in scope (Application to Application).
- Update the catalog with new or decommissioned flows.
Business As Usual Activities
- Follow Data Recertification process for DAPs based on Confidentiality level.
- Coordinate with regional AppSec and CISO teams to assign CIAT values.
- Ensure official CIAT and AppSec profile is assigned to all applications.
- Update data flows or cartography for Secret and confidential applications.
This role requires a strong understanding of data governance principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. The ideal candidate will have experience working with enterprise data management systems and tools, and be able to analyze complex data flows and identify areas for improvement.
A successful candidate should expect an annual salary of $120,000-$150,000, depending on location and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
