About the Role

We are seeking a skilled renovator to join our team at Mirage Renovations Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a variety of renovation tasks with precision and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair: Install sinks, faucets, and plumbing fixtures for kitchens and bathrooms, as well as mount and install door handles, locks, and other hardware.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Communicate effectively with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Time Management and Budgeting: Complete tasks within specified timeframes and budgets.
Requirements
  • Experience and Skills: Proven experience as a renovator or similar role, with a focus on kitchen and bathroom installations. Proficiency in plumbing, carpentry, and general construction techniques.
  • Attention to Detail and Quality: Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
  • Independence and Efficiency: Ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Tools and Transportation: Own tools and transportation.
  • Driver's License and Clean Record: Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

  • Suite Turnovers: We can handle all the components of a complete turnover, including demolition, plaster and paint, electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, tub surrounds, flooring, baseboards, tiles, and doors and frames.
  • In-Suite/Odd Jobs: We are well-equipped to provide solutions to all your maintenance needs, including repairing flood damage, plaster repairs, door replacement, painting, finish work after plumbing repairs, leaky faucets, hardware replacement, boiler room repairs, and fire-rating updates.
