About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Roofing Specialist to join our team at EMR Renovation Services. As a Roofing Specialist, you will be responsible for installing and repairing roofs on commercial and residential properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair roofs using various materials such as asphalt shingles, wood shingles, and metal roofs.
  • Apply waterproof coatings to concrete or masonry surfaces to ensure a watertight seal.
  • Erect and install scaffolding and other working platforms to ensure safe access to roofs.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to understand roof designs and requirements.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines to complete projects on time.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in roofing or a related field.
  • Ability to work at heights and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to work with clients and colleagues.
  • Physical stamina to lift and move heavy materials.
