Medical Laboratory Assistant Position

LifeLabs is seeking a Medical Laboratory Assistant to join our team in Saskatoon, SK. This role is responsible for specimen collection, patient interaction, and laboratory support.
Key Responsibilities- Greet patients, explain the specimen collection process, and ensure patients follow necessary test protocols.
- Perform phlebotomies, connect/disconnect holter monitors, and conduct ECG tracings.
- Maintain client relationships, respond to inquiries, and complete data entry.
- Prepare specimens for transportation and testing.
- Completion of a recognized Medical Laboratory Assistant program or equivalent experience.
- ECG training or experience is an asset.
- Proficient data entry skills and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
