Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrician (Some Travel) to join our team. As an Electrical Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial electrical equipment as well as associated electrical and electronic controls.

You will work closely with members of the Electrical, Controls and Design, and other teams to continuously improve methods and tools for integrating electrical design to enhance safety and functionality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring scheduled milestones relating to electrical design and integration are achieved
  • Collaborating with Electrical Lead to set goals and manage successful performance
  • Working with team members, customers, project managers, designers, toolmakers, and controls specialists to solve problems and provide the customer with a product or service that fulfills their requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A strong understanding of electrical devices and systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on electrical systems
  • A demonstrated understanding of electrical panel building, field wiring, safety systems, robotics, and machine operation with hands-on experience
