About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Drywall Installation Supervisor to join our team at CENTURY DRYWALL LTD. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of drywall in commercial and residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of drywall installers and finishers
  • Prepare and review production reports to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet project deadlines
  • Train and develop team members to improve skills and productivity
  • Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to ensure accurate installation
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in drywall installation
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 32-hour workweek. The work environment is outdoors, noisy, and fast-paced. You will be required to work in a construction setting, which may involve exposure to dust, noise, and other hazards.
